Job Requirement
  • Assist in day-to-day operations and activities to include but not limited to answering phones, greets and directs customers, collect, sort and distribute mail.
  • Organize and maintain literature.
  • Utilize and maintain office equipment including personal computer and application software, printer, FAX, copier, multi-line telephone system
  • Proficient computer and phone skills.
  • Provide support to Sales, Parts and Service Personnel.
  • Assist in paperwork for sales, parts and service
  • Helps maintain parts and service inventory
  • Open/Close Service Work Orders for Field Service Technicians.
  • Dispatch Service Calls to Field Service Technicians
  • Maintains a clean, safe work area 
Education/Experience
  • High School graduation or GED required
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to Multitask
  • Be customer driven
  • Have a strong work ethic and organizational skills
  • Proficient computer and phone skills
  • Demonstrates ability to be a team player

We are currently looking for a full-time Field Service Technician for Watertown location. Mechanical experience required. We provide training, must have own tools and be a good communicator. Must be willing to travel.

Job Requirement
  • Performs repairs and assigned preventive maintenance services.
  • Performs service calls for emergency breakdowns.
  • Conducts safety checks on equipment.
  • Completes required paperwork associated with repairing equipment, documenting parts usage, and accounting for repair times.
  • Reviews, completes or assigns repairs identified on Inspection Reports.
  • Performs maintenance related work as required.
  • Maintains a clean, safe work area in compliance with business and OSHA standards.
  • Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures.
  • Ability to effectively communicate needed repairs or tasks.
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Education/Experience
  • 1 years experience in material handling equipment maintenance and repair preferred.
  • Provide personal tools.
  • Proficiency in equipment diagnosis and repair.
  • Ability to read and comprehend service and technical information.
  • Thrive in an environment of operational excellence and accountability.
